What information do we collect on the Site and why?

We collect registration information including company information and contact information that identifies You personally, such as Your company name and e-mail address, when You submit a form, such as, but not limited to, a request for information, a request for a ICB Operator White Paper. We collect additional information if You choose to submit it, including Your title and place of employment, business telephone number, mailing and facsimile address, as well as the contents of Your questions and/or comments submitted along with this information. In general, we may use this information to respond to Your inquiry, request Your participation in a survey, and contact You about ICB Operator product or partner offerings that may be of interest to You. If You register for ICB Operator, we will use Your email address to send the newsletter to You.

IP Addresses Each visitor to the Site is identified by an IP address during their visit and IP addresses are automatically captured by the Site management software. Bidlink uses this information to help improve the operation of the Site and may at some time use this information to help adjust the content of the Site to the general geographic location of the visitor and for reporting purposes.

Cookies Bidlink uses small files called "cookies" to improve the quality of a visitor's interaction with the Site, to enable a shopping cart feature, and facilitate other advanced features.

Information sharing or disclosure practices

The registration information You provide to the Site may be accessed by (a) third parties who help Bidlink operate the Site, help Bidlink process transactions, provide the services requested by You, or contribute to Bidlink sales and marketing efforts; and (b) law enforcement and other government entities if reasonably required.

The Site contains links to third party websites such as the websites of Bidlink partner companies. Bidlink takes no responsibility for the content or information practices of such sites.

Choice and Opt-Out

You may opt-out of receiving Bidlink newsletters or other email communications from Bidlink by sending an email to service@ebnew.com.

Security

Bidlink uses commercially reasonable efforts to store and maintain registration information You submit on the Site to protect it from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction by unauthorized parties. We may store information that we collect through our Site indefinitely except as otherwise required by law.

Changes to Privacy Statement

Any changes to this Privacy Statement will be communicated through our posting an amended and restated Privacy Statement on our Site. Our posting the amended and restated Privacy Policy will make such new Privacy Policy immediately effective. You agree that all Collected Information (whether or not collected prior to or after the new policy became effective) will be governed by the newest Privacy Statement then in effect. If you do not agree to the new changes in our Privacy Policy, you should contact Bidlink in writing (at the address set out in the Notice provision of the Terms of Use) and specifically request that Bidlink return and/or destroy all copies of all or part of your Collected Information in Bidlink's possession.
