You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and user name and fully responsible for all activities facilitated by your password or user name. You agree that you as the Subscriber will be wholly responsible for all actions taken and any losses, costs or claims whatsoever incurred as a result of usage of ICB Operator
